Wesley’s Fusion Kitchen is not just a restaurant—it’s the result of a lifelong love for cooking and a shared dream between me and my partner. Originally from India, I came to Coventry to pursue my Master’s degree at Coventry University. After graduating, I worked in various companies as an engineer, but my passion for food never faded. One day, my partner and I, both avid food lovers, had a thought: Why not start a food business that reflects our love for global cuisine? That’s how it all began.
In late 2023, we launched our first venture, Indian Street Food Corner Ltd, focusing solely on vegetarian and vegan street food. The response was overwhelming, but we noticed something interesting—our customers kept asking for non-vegetarian options. As demand grew, we realised it was time to expand and explore beyond the boundaries of traditional Indian cuisine. We wanted to create something unique, a fusion of flavours from around the world, all while keeping the essence of Indian spices alive. And so, Wesley’s Fusion Kitchen was born.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional taste and quality at an affordable price, ensuring that everyone can enjoy our dishes.
Located inside the historic Methodist Central Hall in Coventry, Wesley’s Fusion Kitchen benefits from the hall’s naturally welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting to enjoy a meal with friends, and family, or even on your own as you soak in the beauty and tranquility of the space. The Methodist Central Hall staff have been incredibly supportive, making our journey even more special, and we’re excited to add to the warmth of the venue by offering our guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
